How Trial Point Residencies® Works
Trial Point Residencies® provides fully furnished 2–3 bedroom homes for clinical trial participants and their families. Our goal is to reduce the stress of travel and create a comfortable living environment while patients receive medical care.
Why Choose a Home Instead of a HotelHotels can feel crowded and isolating — especially during long-stay treatment. With Trial Point Residencies®, guests can:
-
Cook their own meals
-
Do laundry on-site
-
Separate spaces for rest, work, and family
-
Reduce stress and feel more like home
-
Stay in a quiet residential neighborhood
This comfort often leads to better sleep, reduced anxiety, and improved study retention.
We offer flexible pricing:
-
Short-term stays (screening or dosing weeks)
-
Extended stays for ongoing visits (monthly)
-
Family/caregiver stays
